F-Class
F-Class competition is sort of a cross between Palma-style shooting and conventional Benchrest. You shoot from the prone position on the ground like Palma, but instead of a sling you use a front rest (or bipod) and a high-power scope.
Matches are scored by hit value on the target, rather than group size like Benchrest.
There are two classes of F-Class rifles, Open and F/TR (F-Class/Target Rifle).
F/TR rifles are limited to .223 Rem and .308 Win calibers shot from bipods.
Open rifles can be any caliber with a weight limit of 22lbs and can be shot from a rest.
